All this talk of representative democracy wont count for much if every state is actually a republican state dominated by a single democrat majority city that NEVER changes its voting habits regardless of how poor they are. I would like to see how an election would proceed if every county was forced to reduce anomalies in crime below par, or have their voting rights restricted.
